Think you might have hormone imbalance symptoms? If hormone imbalance is something you struggle with, you are not alone.

What does a hormone imbalance feel like?
1. You struggle to lose weight
You’ve tried everything, but for some reason the weight WON’T COME OFF.
This can be very disheartening, and it doesn’t feel good. Your effort should lead to results, and this lack of results could be caused by an imbalance.
2. You can’t get your acne to go away
I know how this one feels. Acne that seems to dominate your face can make you feel insecure, and just want to stay home.
Acne is often a result of something being off chemically inside your body, and can often be fixed with natural remedies.
3. You feel stressed out all the time
Stress is a normal part of life, but it can be overwhelming at times.
If you feel like you are having trouble dealing with stress, or feel like there is more than normal, your cortisol levels may be imbalanced.
4. You feel more emotional than normal
Yes, PMS is a thing. But it’s often much worse with a hormone imbalance.
It can makes you feel like crying for no apparent reason, or angry over little things that don’t seem to matter later on.
5. You have pelvic discomfort
Pelvic discomfort during sex is not normal, and you shouldn’t have to suffer through that.

Our hormones can affect our ability to lose or gain weight, and an imbalance could also cause a sudden shift in weight.
8. Your’e losing your hair (or its thinned out)
Noticing a change in how thick your hair is could be a sign of an imbalance, specifically an increase in testosterone levels in women.
9. You feel depressed or anxious
Feeling down or more anxious than usual can also be a sign of a hormone imbalance. This may also lead to trouble sleeping.
10. Your sex drive is at zero
It may seem like maybe your just not in the mood.
But when this happens more often than not, it could mean something is wrong with our hormone balance. Our hormones control pretty much everything, including our sex drives.
All of these things are symptoms of hormonal imbalance, and can be a sign you might want to look into balancing them.
